(It's Friday and we're rounding up our group of participants in the Happy Book and seeing what made us all Happy this week).
For those of you who have been following my drama with my former landlord, I am pleased to announce that the hearing at the Landlord/Tenant board has ended in my favour! It's been a pain in the ass filing all kinds of paperwork, and attending multiple hearings, but completely & totally worth it. I am so proud of myself for not caving.
The lying, manipulative, bullying, dirtbag, scumbag, sleazy, slimey, cowardly, idiotic, criminal LOSER owes me money and is legally obligated to pay it!!!! Ha!
Of course getting him to pay up is another battle, (the whackjob thinks he's above the law). He's been given a deadline to pay me and if he doesn't, I keep going and file for a civil lawsuit. And you know I will. I have ZERO tolerance for this loser.

You rock my rebel world! I am so very happy to hear that you won and you totally deserve it. Way to go, my personal hero. And thank you for your rant, I am so happy you joined in and yes, kick poverty to the curb. I know it's hard to make big decisions like moving away, worried it is a big mistake. I can REALLY relate to that. Still, try and figure out what your heart really wants, what the universe is suggesting you do. I didn't. It was screaming at me to not leave BC and I ignored it and that's what screwed me over. I believe in you and your ability to know where you fate is supposed to take you.
