This is Day 1 of Book 3 for us, and I have enjoyed these projects so much. I've crossed blogging paths with some of the most inspiring people and I'm really looking forward to continued creativity & fun, growth & connecting with everyone involved in this book project!
"Carry this with you everywhere you go." is the first instruction given by Keri Smith. Check - it's tucked into the backpack that goes everywhere I do.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I am really psyched to work and play through this book. I filled out my name & address on the first page and leafed through the book....it's a panic!

Excellent blog! Just found it, and so glad I did. I am a Canadian, living abroad and about to have a baby - so love love love the connections I can make to home and myself through your writing. Awesome stuff.
I have actually not touched this book yet. I wanted to inaugurate it today! But it's coming with me, and who knows. I might burn the page at school! Oh how wicked it that? Ahaha.... I am giggling already! :)
Just the carrying it around with me everywhere I go should be enough to wreck it....*sigh*...
I wish I'd bought a copy for my daughter now..this would be good for both of us - she shows alarming tendencies toward perfectionism at only 6 years old...is your hatchling playing along?
Love it! That picture totally makes it feel like Wreck this Journal is a guidebook for your adventures. The freakiest guidebook there is, mind you.

LOL ~ your enthusiasm is great! Personally, I'm freaking out, but that's the whole point, we'll all go through our own process for the next 6 weeks!

Mel - I had to laugh when I read your comment about carrying it in your purse because I was thinking the same thing about mine.
I just looked though it. Although I did a few pages in it.
It was fun doing kid like things.

Yah!!! So fun to be back with the book club and to be wrecking together!!! I'm carrying it with me everywhere I go, too... can't wait to work up the courage to ask strangers to wreck parts of it! Scary, but fun! :)

Nice work on carrying it around with you! That's one I'm not sure I'll keep to, but who knows? I carried it with me in the rain yesterday which was loads of fun. Glad to be part of this adventure with you!

I have been coveting this book for a while! Perhaps I'm just going to have to give in and get a copy...
I forgot about carrying it with me. Must go and tuck it in my bag. It's sure to get banged up enough in there over the next few weeks. How brave of you to single-parent!
